(DIT) DI-NOC Installer Training

DI-NOC Installer Training (DIT) is a two-day hands-on course. On the first day, 1 hour will be spent on product and application review and the remaining 7 hours will be dedicated to hands-on wrapping walls, doors and other props.

The second day will give participants more hands-on time to practice applying what they’ve learned and to become more skilled at tackling challenging applications.

Class sizes will be limited to 6 trainees and 1 trainer. Attendees of this course will learn how to prep, seam and finish DI-NOC, as well as how to use the proper tools required under the skilled supervision of Master DI-NOC Installer Vaughan Blancher.

This will be an expanded version of our previous DIT training*.

New Canadian DI-NOC Installer Training Facility

We are pleased to announce the re-commencement of (DIT) DI-NOC Installer Training at WRI Supply in Mississauga, Ontario. We have converted our Mississauga warehouse offices into a full-fledged training facility with the same props used at 3M’s St Paul facility.

Why Become a DI-NOC Installer?

DI-NOC is not like regular vinyl. This is a dry apply material that requires different install techniques and tools. Being a 3M Preferred Installer gives you an advantage. However, many skilled PIT installers have learned the hard way that mistakes with this material are very costly. Trained DI-NOC Installers are in demand.

About Your Trainer

Vaughan Blancher is well known in the graphics industry. He and brother Brandon have been 3M’s Graphic Installer Trainers and testers since 2005. Vaughan has spent the last few years as 3M’s #1 DI-NOC Installer for prototype locations for Canada’s biggest banks and corporations including TD, RBC, Scotia, McDonalds and Canadian Tire. There is literally no one in Canada who has laid down more DI-NOC film. Vaughan has taken 3M’s own DI-NOC Endorsed Installer training and taken it to a new level to solve real world DI-NOC install challenges. Along the way he has developed his own tricks and techniques to install DI-NOC faster and better. Vaughan was the first to recognize that this product requires separate training. It’s not good enough to be a PIT or VIT trained installer.

Please Note

Completion of this course does not result in a 3M Endorsement.

DIT training will only be held at our Mississauga, Ontario location.
